Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors that are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we are unable to check if a visitor is older than 16. We advise parents to be engaged in their children’s online activities, in order to stop data regarding their children being collected without their permission.

Access, correct or delete your data

To verify that the request for access has come from you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with your request. In the photo that you send, black out the MRZ (machine readable zone, which is the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (Burgerservicenummer / BSN) in order to protect your privacy. We will react to your request as soon as possible, and within four weeks.
